I confess I have an ugly kitchen!

 

I still enjoy cooking for family and friends in it! I am a mom on a tight food budget and love to be creative in my ugly kitchen and I have a love affair with my crock pot!

 

I am a literacy and business major and technical advisor for Apple.  When I am not working or spending time with my faimly , I am cooking, blogging, creating, sewing, or writing something. I also teach classes and workshops on varous topics and love to learn and share with others.

 

I am working on 2 cookbooks currently one geared towards the working mom and one is a cookbook about celebrations.
